Each property is held in its own LLC for clarity, asset protection, and focused oversight. Capital is structured conservatively. Risk is mitigated deliberately.

Meyer Property Management serves as the in-house operating arm — overseeing leasing, maintenance, compliance, and resident care. This integration streamlines operations and aligns incentives from acquisition through long-term hold.
